Help with your complete studioWe believe that support needs to be holistic, it needs to encompass everything that plugs into your Rain computer. If you can’t get your mic signal routed into Cubase we can help with that; if you’re having trouble working out the audio interface we can help with that; if your MIDI gear is not communicating properly we can help with that too. If we can help we will, if we don’t know the answer we’ll work with you until we find it. We’re committed to helping you achieve your music making goals.
Life supportThere’s no limit or trials on the support we offer. As long as you have a Rain computer then you’re part of our family and we’ll always answer the call. We will never charge you labour for repairing a system inside or outside of warranty so there’s no need to fear unexpectedly large repair bills if you break something a year or two down the line.
Remote login supportIn most cases, when you run into trouble, there’s no need to send your computer back. We have the ability to remotely “dial-in” to your computer, diagnose the problem and help you solve it and get back to work fast.
Recover fast.Just in case things go wrong, you can get back to work fast using the Windows Recovery Backup that ships with every system. It’s a complete backup of the system drive and will return your system to its original state without affecting any data on your other drives.
Hardware warrantyAs with all machines individual parts can break. Our hardware warranty covers the cost of replacement parts including the pickup (UK only) and return of your computer should the need arise. The standard warranty is for one year, you can upgrade this to three years with our RainCare Plus option. Outside the warranty the cost of the parts and the courier charges would be down to you, but remember our time is always free.
