How do I return an item?
Before you do anything else please contact us and let us discuss whatever issues or problems you are having. The majority of return requests come about through misunderstandings or user error and we can help you with that. Our commitment is to provide you with a system that will run music software and hardware successfully but we know that sometimes it's difficult to integrate your equipment with a new computer - let us help you do that.
Here's what you need to know about our return and refund policy:
Ultimately we want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to ensure the system is running to your expectations. Returns are possible after 7 days but may incur restocking fees or other costs depending on the resellable state of the goods you are returning. After 30 days we would not normally accept returns although your system remains covered by our warranty.
Refunds will be issued on receipt of goods after testing and taking into consideration the condition. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to reach you. Delivery charges are not included in any refund.
